Thursdays 6:15-7 am
Saturday, Nov 15: 9-9:30 am (Free for members)
Saturday, Nov 29: 8-8:45 am
Monthly Pass Option
For just $20/month, members can pedal ahead and reserve their spot a week in advance. Don’t miss the ride – plan ahead and secure a bike!
Cycle classes are also open to drop in participants. Classes open to drop in members and non-members 12 hours before class start time, only if space is available.

MBA Level 1
The MBA program is designed to address the needs of individuals who experience limitations due to stroke, Parkinson’s & other movement disorders, as well as those who are dealing with conditions resulting from chronic illness and/or surgery. Trainers utilizes practical exercises & activities to increase balance, strength and mobility. Participants find the individualized program exceptionally beneficial and discover that working directly with the trainer provides structure and motivation. 2 times a week/this level is for long-time members who have been in the program..
MBA Level 3
