Pedal Power is an inclusive cycling class designed for riders of all levels who want to boost their cardiovascular fitness while having fun on the bike.
No matter your experience or fitness level, this class is built on the belief that every body belongs on a bike. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about finding joy in movement and showing up for yourself in a way that feels good.

This class offers a dynamic mix of cardio, strength, and core work, making it a full-body workout that challenges and energizes. Pedal Power provides a
supportive space to grow, push your limits, and feel empowered every ride.

*Saturday, July 19- Free for members, $10 for Non-members

Monthly Pass Option
For just $20/month, members can pedal ahead and reserve their spot a week in advance. Don’t miss the ride – plan ahead and secure a bike!

Cycle classes are also open to drop in participants. Classes open to drop in members and non-members 12 hours before class start time, only if space is available.
Members- $5/class   |   Non-members- $10/class
