Swim Team
The YMCA swim team is a structured, competitive swim program which provides opportunities for young swimmers to compete in local, regional & state YMCA meets. Practices incorporate strengthening, conditioning & endurance in order to provide swimmers with a solid foundation for developing & improving each of the competitive strokes. Our experienced YMCA coaches utilize progressive, disciplined workouts to build strong, capable & confident swimmers and competitors.
AMS Swim Team
Monday – Friday 3:30-5:30pm until May 29th
June 1 – Monday – Friday 10:00-12:00pm
Must have coaches’ prior approval to participate in AMS.

Summer Swim Team
Swim Team will begin Wednesday May 27th
All ages practice Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:00-5:00pm.
Swimmers must have a valid YMCA membership
ANY NEW SWIMMER TO OUR PROGRAM MUST TAKE A SWIM EVALUATION.
