The Grove City YMCA Flag Football Program is a two part program designed for kids 5-12 years old. It allows for you to choose how you want your child to develop in the game. There will be Tuesday and Saturday options. Mondays will be for skills and drills, with the goal of sharpening all aspects of the game, prioritizing development in the basics with the possibility of playing games towards the end of the program. Saturdays will be solely for game play, teaching the ins and outs of the game. Game days will be run through NFL Flag. Teams will be created to practice and play together each week. There is the option to participate in both to get the most of out the program.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Program will run Tuesday evenings and/or Saturday mornings starting September 10th through October 19th.
• Program will run for six weeks.
• Open to boys and girls ages 5-12.
• Will take place in the field behind the tennis courts at the Grove City YMCA.
• Each player in the Game Day group will receive an Official NFL Flag team jersey and belt for the program.
• Mouth pieces are required, any other football equipment is optional (Cleats (Non-Metal), gloves, etc.).
• Financial assistance available for those who qualify
• Registration Deadline: 8/27/2024

The Valleys NFL Flag Football League is for boys and girls, 5-12 years old. NFL Flag Football provides opportunities for kids and families to become involved in football early in life without the rigors of physical contact. This league also helps with player and coach development.

Practices are once a week and games are played on Saturdays.

All participants are required to have mouth pieces.

Each player will receive a reversible jersey.
