Gymnastics
Our recreational gymnastics program provides children with a fun opportunity to increase physical, emotional and social skills. Participants ages 4-18 will benefit from instruction which will help develop balance, flexibility, strength and tumbling skills on age appropriate equipment in a fun, open environment. The heart of the system is a progressive teaching curriculum that breaks gymnastics down into achievable steps, with each step explained and demonstrated. Program structure equips participants with sound basics and promotes success by providing short & long term goals.

Tumbleweed l, for youth ages 4 – 6: Fridays 4:15 – 5:05 pm
Tumbleweed 2, for youth ages 7-18: Fridays 5:10 – 6:10 pm

FUN is the most important ingredient in our recreational gymnastics program. Our unique approach to progressive instruction creates an ideal environment for supporting physical development and building confidence in athletes of all ages and all levels of ability. Skills taught provide opportunities to improve strength, agility, coordination, endurance, balance and fine gross motor skills.
2024-2025 Session 3: Jan 3 -Feb 7; Members registration opens Dec 9/Non-mem registration opens Dec 16
2024-2025 Session 4: Feb 21 -Mar 28; Members registration opens Jan 27/Non-mem registration opens Feb 3
2024-2025 Session 5: April 11 -May 22; Members registration opens March 17/Non-mem registration opens March 24 (No Class April 18th)
*This will be the final session of the season. This session will focus on and end with our Annual Gymnastics Show on Thursday, May 22nd.
