Flag Football - Co-Ed
The Valley Flag Football provides an opportunity for kids and families to be involved in Football early in life without the rigors of physical contact. This league also helps with player and coach development.
2025 Spring Flag Football
Boys and Girls Ages 5-12
Program runs April 12th – May 24th
Age divisions will be based on number of entries.
Practice will be once a week.
Games will be on Saturdays.
Each Player will receive a reversible Jersey
**All participants are required to have mouthpieces.

Football Skills Clinic - Spring 2025
The Valley YMCA Football Skills Clinic – Spring 2025
Boys and girls ages 5-12
Program will run April 16th – May 7th 2025
Clinic will be once a week on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
Football Skills Clinic Coach: Jarrett Samuels
Coach Samuels brings over a decade of football coaching experience from the high school level to collegiate athletics. He has led Farrell High School to 2 State Championships and is a 2024 Mercer County Hall Of Fame Inductee.
The clinic will instruct youth in the fundamentals of football and guide them through drills, teamwork exercises, and skill building activities while providing a supportive environment. This clinic is great for kids of all skill levels. Coach Samuels will include skill development and hands on coaching while kids enjoy a fun and engaging experience.
