Flag Football - Co-Ed
The Valley Flag Football provides an opportunity for kids and families to be involved in Football early in life without the rigors of physical contact. This league also helps with player and coach development.

Open to Boys and Girls Ages 5-12
Age divisions will be based on number of entries.
Practices: Once a week during the week.
Games: Will be on Saturdays.
All practices and games will take place on our ourdoor sports fields.
Each Player will receive a reversible Jersey
**All participants are required to have mouthpieces**
