Yoga Stretch on Y Wellness
A great way to start your day and get your body warmed up! Stay in your chair or stand up; there is no floor work in this yoga class. Breathing, stretching, relaxing. Balance, coordination, flexibility, and FUN!
There is no instructor in the studio during this class on Fridays. Instead, we will be viewing one of Lynda’s classes on the YWellness platform (Online). It will be broadcasted over the TV in our aerobic studio and we will follow along, just like our in person classes on Monday and Wednesday.
