Ride for the Y 2010 was a Success!

The first of its kind 'Ride for the Y' was a huge success! 42 bikes, 60 riders from our four YMCA's hit the road together on Saturday July 31st.  Our riders and bikers were from as far away as Arizona and ranged from age 8 years to 87.  The YMCA's of Franklin & Grove City, Oil City & Shenango Valley rode together in unison to support local funding for YMCA scholarships.  The Ride for the Y was "Mission Driven" in its efforts to show our communities that we are For Youth Development, For Healthy Living and for Social Responsibility and we turn no one away due to financial difficulties.  Thank you to all of our sponsors World of Wheels, Ithen Global, Sheetz, Turner Insurance, Crit-R-Done, Caffaro's Pizza, Herr Foods, Inc., Abraham & Petrini Insurance, Inc., The Clark House, Titusville Fabrications, Inc. and Plaza Lanes.
