American Red Cross
Pre-requisite: Swim 300 yards ( 100 Yards crawl stroke, 100 yards combination of both), tread water using only legs for 2 min, timed brick retrivial from deep end of the pool.
Participants need to being swim suit, towel, writing materials, and manual with CPR mask to class.
Intensive class- you will given access to online portion once you pass the Pre-test and all on line material will need.
