HIIT
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Mostly done in Tabata style, this class will focus on all major muscle groups using equipment like benches, strength bands, jump ropes, free weights or just your own body weight to ensure a complete head-to-toe workout. By bringing your heart rate up in a hard anaerobic zone for a short period of time, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don’t do. Not only will this make you more fit, it will help you burn more calories both during and after your workout. All fitness levels welcome as modifications are offered.
