Every year thousands of volunteers support the YMCA's overall purpose of helping people reach their God-given potential in spirit, mind, and body. Volunteers are needed today in:

In 2008 our total association of volunteer hours equaled 14,196 hrs.  These hours were generously provided to us by 280 volunteers, which in return had an impressive value of over $265,600!  Our staff here at the YMCA truly feels blessed to have the opportunity to not only work with our volunteers, but to also increase the scope of our work with the assistance of our mission warriors.

Without the talent and time of all of our volunteers, it would be impossible to fulfill our mission and impact the communities that we serve.  The estimated dollar value of volunteers in 2005 was an impressive $18.71/hr. (independentsector.org).
