Adult Flag Football:
Games will be played on Saturday afternoons and early evenings.  The league starts Saturday, September 11.  Registration deadline for teams will be Tuesday, August 31, 2010.  Team Fee: Member Team: $250; Non-Member Team: $300.
*Minimum of 5 YMCA members on roster for a Member Team.  NO individual fees.

Adult Dodgeball:
The Adult Dodgeball League is back for season four!  This year's league will be played under offical NADA rules.  This league is a modified Co-Rec (2 women must start each game).  A minimum of 6 players required on the roster with a maximum of 8.  Games will be played on Thursday evenings starting November 11th.  Registration deadline for teams will be Saturday, October 24th.  Team Fee: $225.  Individuals may inquire.
