Friday Gymnastics

Grades K-12: (Male coach for each boys' class)

 Members may register one month in advance.  Non-Members may register 2 weeks prior to class start.  We use a customized, progressive “rainbow” curriculum based on the USA Gymnastics levels.  Children of similar skill level are taught in small groups with a 1:6 teacher to student ratio.  As gymnasts approach blue, they will be considered for the coaches’ permission classes.

Mommy & Me

This class is designed for toddlers age 2 and an adult chaperone who must be present and involved with gymnast for the duration of the class. The coach will lead each pair through rudimentary movement and gymnastics skills, as well as allow "free play" time to revisit stations. If toddler is in diapers, a clean diaper must be put on right before the start of the class.

Personal Lessons

Personal gymnastic lessons are available for those desiring a concentrated time to work on specific skills unique to that particular student. Lessons are 45 minutes with no more than two students per instructor. You may request your coach pending their availability. Please contact Class Coordinator or Front Desk for more information.

Pre-School Dance

This class will expose 3-5 year olds to ballet moves common to all methods.  Children must be potty trained and able to learn in a group setting.

Members may register one month in advance.  Non-Members may register 2 weeks prior to class start.  We use a customized, progressive “rainbow” curriculum based on the USA Gymnastics levels.  Children of similar skill level are taught in small groups with a 1:6 teacher to student ratio.  As gymnasts approach blue, they will be considered for the coaches’ permission classes.

This program is to enhance preschoolers' coordination and motor skills in alight, fun-filled atmosphere. Boys and girls ages 3-5 learn basic loco motor movements and introduced to varying apparatus events. Prerequisites: Children must be 3 by the first day of session, be toilet trained and able to learn in a group setting.

Tuesday Tumbling

This additional day of gymnastics is offered for those in the coaches' permission class or approaching this level. (Additional students will be admitted per instructor availability.) The class focus is on building strength and solidifying handspring tumbling passes.
